Submit an Annual Update

Contacts
IACUC Office Staff:
  1. Locate the protocol requiring an update.
    1. Use the link in your email notification, or
    2. Login to ARROW ,
    3. Click on "My Home," scroll down to "My Research - Approved," and click on the protocol title.

  1. Click on "Start Protocol Update." A popup will appear with "Update," "Amendment," and "Renewal" options, many of which are greyed out.

  2. Click on "Annual Update."
  3. Complete the Annual Update form, answering all required questions.
  4. Click "Finish" in the bottom right corner of the smartform page, which will return you to the study workspace.
  5. Click "Submit" to send the protocol to the IACUC for review.

  6. Your Annual Update will be assigned for review by the IACUC at the next monthly meeting.
