Submit an Annual Update
IACUC Office Staff:
- Locate the protocol requiring an update.
- Use the link in your email notification, or
- Login to ARROW ,
- Click on "My Home," scroll down to "My Research - Approved," and click on the protocol title.

- Click on "Start Protocol Update." A popup will appear with "Update," "Amendment," and "Renewal" options, many of which are greyed out.

- Click on "Annual Update."
- Complete the Annual Update form, answering all required questions.
- Click "Finish" in the bottom right corner of the smartform page, which will return you to the study workspace.
- Click "Submit" to send the protocol to the IACUC for review.

- Your Annual Update will be assigned for review by the IACUC at the next monthly meeting.
